LTM’s newly declared ₹25-per-share interim dividend has two different dates for shareholders to check. The company’s dividend page lists 23 October 2026 as the record date, while its tax-deduction instructions set 22 October as the cutoff for relevant documents. Waiting until the record date could therefore miss the paperwork deadline.

The issuer’s history records the declaration on 16 October for FY2027 and a face value of ₹1 per share. The payout is a cash dividend, not a bonus-share issue or stock split. The record date determines the relevant ownership snapshot; it is not the date on which money necessarily arrives in a bank account.

LTM interim dividend: the two deadlines

₹25 is a gross amount, not a promised return

For an illustrative holding of 40 eligible shares, the announced amount gives ₹25 × 40 = ₹1,000 before any applicable tax deduction. The 40-share holding is only an example, not an application minimum or a recommendation. The eventual credited amount can differ from the gross figure.

Face value is the nominal value assigned to a share. It is not the price an investor paid in the market, so comparing ₹25 only with the ₹1 face value would not show the investor’s dividend yield. This report has not verified a market price or calculated a yield.

Check the registrar’s conditions separately

LTM’s tax instructions say that incomplete or ambiguous documents may prevent an exemption or lower deduction from being applied. Shareholders should read the category-specific requirements and use the issuer’s official registrar channels; this report does not establish anyone’s personal tax eligibility.

The declared dividend and record-date entry are not confirmation that payment has already been completed. A separate exchange notice or issuer payment communication should be checked for the applicable ex-date and payment timetable.

For another separately announced payout, see CapKet’s HCLTech results and ₹12 dividend report; its terms do not apply to LTM.
