Publisher purpose
CapKet provides journalism, commentary and general educational information. Content is not individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice and does not create an adviser-client, broker-client or fiduciary relationship.
Accuracy, availability and market data
We work to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current or error free. Market prices, filings, calendars, translations and third-party data may be delayed, revised or unavailable. Services may change or be interrupted without notice.
Intellectual property
Unless another owner is identified, CapKet owns or licenses the text, design, graphics, software and other material it publishes. You may link to our pages and quote limited portions for criticism, commentary or reporting with clear attribution and a link. Republishing, scraping, selling, training a commercial model on, or systematically redistributing substantial portions requires written permission or a valid legal exception.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with security, overload the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, inject malicious code, harvest personal data or use automated access in violation of our robots instructions and applicable law.
Third-party services
Links, embedded material, market data and advertisements may be supplied by third parties. CapKet does not control or endorse every linked service, and third-party terms and privacy practices may apply.
User submissions
You retain rights in material you send. You represent that you are entitled to provide it. You grant CapKet permission to review, verify and use submissions for editorial purposes, subject to any confidentiality terms expressly agreed in writing.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapKet and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Mandatory consumer protections and other applicable laws continue to apply. The appropriate forum and governing rules depend on the operating entity, the user and the circumstances.
