CapKet is committed to original publishing and respect for intellectual-property rights. We do not intentionally copy another publisher’s branding, article text, photography, illustrations, charts or page designs.
Our material
Unless otherwise credited, original CapKet text, visual design, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to CapKet. A link may be shared freely. Limited quotation for reporting, criticism or commentary should identify CapKet and link to the canonical article. Substantial republication, commercial syndication or removal of attribution requires written permission unless law provides an exception.
Third-party material
Third-party photographs, documents, charts and excerpts must have a documented license, permission or defensible legal basis and must carry appropriate attribution. Public availability does not by itself mean an image is free to reuse. Embedded posts and links remain subject to the originating service’s terms.
Corrections and takedown requests
Send a notice to info@capket.com identifying the protected work, the CapKet URL, your authority to act, contact details and the requested action. We may request additional verification and will review good-faith notices promptly.
Preservation and repeat abuse
We may preserve relevant records, restrict repeat infringers and restore material when a claim is withdrawn or legally resolved. This process does not waive any rights or legal defenses.
