Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses’ IPO combines fresh capital with existing-share sales, but a large identified use of the new money is debt repayment—not newly completed factory expansion. The red herring prospectus (RHP), the offer document, proposes ₹1,300 crore for the company’s borrowings and ₹860 crore for borrowings of specified subsidiaries, a combined ₹2,160 crore.
NSE and BSE list the offer window as October 15–19, 2026, at ₹143–₹151 a share. It is an ongoing offer window, not proof that bid-entry services operate through the weekend. At the upper band, one retail lot of 99 shares amounts to ₹14,949. Category eligibility and mandate deadlines still matter.

Why the debt allocation should be read separately
The conversion is ₹13,000 million ÷ 10 = ₹1,300 crore, plus ₹8,600 million ÷ 10 = ₹860 crore. Their sum is ₹2,160 crore. The red herring prospectus (RHP), the offer document, proposes these uses for fiscal 2027; they are not evidence that repayment has already occurred. Nor does the planned allocation establish a quantified future profit increase.
An offer for sale, or OFS, transfers existing shareholders’ shares and does not put those sale proceeds into the company. Fresh shares provide issuer capital after applicable expenses. Subtracting ₹2,160 crore from the ₹2,830 crore fresh gross amount leaves ₹670 crore arithmetically, but that is not a verified acquisition budget: issue expenses and the final allocation of net proceeds still have to be accounted for.
A lot is not a universal minimum or an assured allotment
The 99-share figure is the market lot and displayed minimum order. The RHP requires QIB and NII bids above ₹2 lakh, with lot multiples, while retail applications remain within ₹2 lakh. Eligible employees have a separate reservation and discount framework. A retail one-lot calculation should not be presented as the minimum for every category.

For a contrasting structure, CapKet’s Bonfiglioli report explains an all-OFS offer. That is a different issuer; its terms should not be applied to Zetwerk.
