Who receives the money?

The RHP states that offer proceeds go to the selling promoter after its applicable offer expenses and taxes. The company receives none. An OFS transfers existing shares; it is different from a fresh issue that raises new company capital.

The advertisement’s size table gives ₹25,336.63 million at the cap price, including the ₹29 employee-discount assumption. Simply multiplying every offered share by ₹586 would miss that qualification. The ordinary minimum application above does not apply the employee discount.

Read the correction as well as the prospectus

A corrigendum on the advertisement’s final page says continuing-operations revenue growth for the six months ended June 30, 2026 should be 17.86%, not 12.43%. That is a six-month comparison, not a newly reported quarterly result.
