SRIT India’s IPO reaches its scheduled final bidding day on September 30, 2026. The issuer’s abridged prospectus specifies a 5 PM UPI mandate deadline on that date. That makes the status of an application and its mandate more useful to check than an unverified grey-market number.
The official abridged prospectus, page 2, supplies the timetable. The 5 PM time concerns the mandate; it should not be read as a promise that every broker will accept a new order until then. Check the intermediary’s own cut-off and current application screen.
A closing-day checklist
Before relying on an application, compare the issuer name, submitted quantity, bid details and reference number with your own instructions. If a UPI mandate is involved, inspect its status through the official bank or payment app. Do not assume that entering an order, receiving a mandate and obtaining an allotment mean the same thing.
If something is missing or inconsistent, contact the intermediary through its established support channel. Repeatedly placing new applications without understanding the original status is not a substitute for resolving the discrepancy. CapKet cannot inspect or confirm any reader’s individual application.
Why GMP is not the application result
A search for a grey-market premium does not establish a final issue price, an allotment or an exchange trading price. We have not verified a GMP quotation and are not publishing one. The issuer itself warns that the offer price is not indicative of the price after listing and that an active market or a particular trading price cannot be assured.
What to follow after bidding
KFin Technologies is identified as registrar in the issuer document. Follow the issuer’s document page and subsequent official notices for the next stages, rather than treating a scheduled milestone as an accomplished event.
This is a closing-day follow-up to CapKet’s original SRIT offer report; it does not replace that historical article. Checked September 30 at approximately 14:56 IST. Live exchange bid figures were unavailable in the page retrieved, so no subscription multiple or final demand claim is made. IPO participation can result in a loss; this article is not a recommendation to apply.
