Loanfront’s IPO, issued by Vaibhav Vyapaar Limited, had received NSE bids for 23,80,000 shares across 452 applications in the exchange’s October 14, 2026 snapshot at 16:46:17 IST. The issue is scheduled to close on October 15. This is a second-day demand update, separate from CapKet’s earlier report on the proposed use of proceeds; it does not replace that historical report.

What NSE’s interim demand table shows

Category Recorded applications and shares
Total 452 applications; 23,80,000 shares
Individual investors bidding for two lots 383 applications; 15,32,000 shares
Non-institutional investors 69 applications; 8,48,000 shares
Qualified institutional buyers NSE displayed dashes; not treated here as a verified zero

These figures are from the NSE bid table, not a claim about final combined-exchange subscription. Applications are not necessarily a count of unique investors. NSE says its UPI display includes only mandates accepted with the amount blocked. A submitted application without the required confirmed mandate should not be equated with a valid displayed bid. The final UPI demand display can be updated until 7 PM on the last bidding day.

Issue size, lot size and application amount

Item Verified term or calculation
Issue period October 13–15, 2026; closure remains scheduled
Price band ₹51–₹54 per share
Offer structure Up to 77,96,000 fresh shares; NSE does not list an OFS component
Gross size at the upper band Approximately ₹42.10 crore, calculated as 77,96,000 × ₹54; not net proceeds
One lot 2,000 shares; ₹1,08,000 at ₹54
Minimum individual application Two lots: 4,000 shares; ₹2,16,000 at ₹54
Face value ₹5 per share
Included portions 3,90,000 market-maker shares; 22,00,000 anchor shares
Registrar Kfin Technologies Limited

Fresh shares raise money for the issuer, unlike an offer for sale, or OFS, in which existing holders sell shares. Gross offer size is before issue expenses; it must not be presented as money already received by the company. The upper-band amounts above are arithmetic from the exchange’s terms, not a final issue-price announcement.

Two different closing-day deadlines

NSE’s issue-information page states bidding on the closure day is permitted up to 4 PM and UPI mandate confirmation up to 5 PM on October 15. The ASBA form list shows a 5 PM issue-end field; that should not be used to override the earlier specific bidding cut-off. Intermediaries may apply their own earlier operational deadlines. The 5 PM mandate deadline is not an extra hour to submit a new bid.

This report does not predict allotment or listing performance, supply unofficial grey-market prices or claim that the issue has already closed. Read the issuer’s risk disclosures and later exchange and registrar notices for the completed outcome. Earlier CapKet report: proposed capital-base allocation and minimum bid.
