EAAA India Alternatives Limited’s mainboard initial public offering is scheduled to open on 26 October and close on 28 October 2026, with a price band of ₹1,585–₹1,665 per share. At the 25 October source check, the scheduled bidding window had not started.

The offer is up to ₹12,000 million, or ₹1,200 crore, entirely through an offer for sale. An offer for sale, or OFS, means an existing shareholder sells shares. There is no fresh issue and EAAA itself will not receive the offer proceeds.

One lot is not every category’s minimum

At the upper price, 9 × ₹1,665 = ₹14,985. At the lower price, the same nine shares cost ₹14,265. These are bid amounts, not assured allotments or returns.

The non-institutional investor, or NII, threshold is different: the bid amount must exceed ₹2 lakh and the quantity must remain a multiple of nine. At the cap price, the first such multiple is 126 shares, or 14 lots, costing ₹2,09,790. That example is price-specific; at the floor the first qualifying multiple is 135 shares, costing ₹2,13,975.

Where the money goes and what remains uncertain

Because this is all OFS, the company is not raising fresh capital for operations or expansion through this offer. The selling shareholder receives the proceeds after the relevant offer expenses and taxes it bears. A ₹1,200 crore gross offer should not be described as cash going into EAAA’s business.

The prospectus timetable is indicative. A scheduled listing date does not establish that trading has begun, nor does it guarantee an active market or a listing gain. The documents also set out business risks, including variable performance fees and illiquid fund holdings. No grey-market premium or subscription figure has been verified for this report.
