Allotment is not yet assumed
Closing the bidding window does not mean every valid applicant has received shares. The registrar and designated exchange must process bids, confirmed payment mandates and category allocations before an application-level result becomes authoritative. CapKet did not find a final basis-of-allotment notice on the official offer-document page at the publication cut-off, so this report does not call the allotment complete.
How applicants should verify status
NSE provides an official bid and allotment verification service, while the issue-information page identifies the registrar contact. Applicants should use those channels or their bank and broker records. A debit block, UPI mandate confirmation or application acknowledgement is not by itself proof of an allotment.
Offer-for-sale distinction
The issue information describes the transaction as an offer for sale rather than a fresh issue. In an offer for sale, proceeds generally go to the selling shareholders for the shares sold; they are not new capital raised by the issuer. The offer documents should be used for the complete selling-shareholder, risk and financial disclosures.
Fraud and grey-market warning
Unofficial premium estimates are not an exchange allotment result and do not guarantee a listing price. Applicants should not share passwords, one-time codes or UPI credentials with anyone claiming to accelerate allotment. A later verified allotment or listing update will be published under a new URL so this stage record remains intact.
