MUMBAI, 22 September 2026 — NLC India Limited reaches the ex-date and record date for a ₹0.25-per-share final dividend. The matching exchange identifiers are NLCINDIA on NSE and 513683 on BSE.
NLC India dated record
| Per-share cash | ₹0.25 |
|---|---|
| Classification | Final dividend |
| NSE face value | ₹10 |
| NSE ISIN | INE589A01014 |
| Ex-date and record date | 22 September 2026 |
Three different scales should not be mixed
The ₹0.25 amount is cash per eligible share. It equals 2.5% of the ₹10 face value, an exchange-notice convention. The total corporate outflow would need the eligible share count, while market yield would need a stated share price. Presenting one of those measures as another would be misleading.
For the same reason, the relatively small nominal amount should not be used to infer that the event is immaterial to every holder. Portfolio quantity, taxation and transaction costs differ, while the company-wide assessment needs audited financial context.
Market exposure remains separate
NLC India participates in energy and mining businesses whose share-price drivers extend well beyond a dividend. Commodity conditions, generation output, regulation and the overall equity market can outweigh the mechanical detachment of a 25-paise right.
Completion evidence comes later
The exchange calendars establish today’s cut-off. The issuer or registrar must provide the payment timeline and account-level outcome. Holders can preserve the demat record, review gross versus net cash and use official complaint channels for discrepancies.
