Update – 27 October 2026: secondary share transfers disclosed
SFC Environmental’s addendum dated 23 October 2026, posted by SEBI on 26 October, discloses secondary transfers on 22–23 October. Promoter Sandeep Sudhakar Asolkar, holding jointly with Priya Sandeep Asolkar, and promoter-group Asolkar Tradecraft Private Limited transferred a total of 2,757,579 shares, stated as 2.95% of pre-offer equity, at ₹330 per share. The addendum gives rounded aggregate consideration of ₹910 million, equivalent to ₹91 crore.
This is a sale of existing shares: the consideration goes to the selling shareholders, not SFC as fresh IPO funding. ₹330 is the disclosed secondary transaction price and does not itself establish allotment or listing. The previously reported IPO price band is a separate offer term.

SFC Environmental Technologies has set a ₹313–₹330 price band for its IPO scheduled for 27–29 October 2026. A minimum 45-share retail bid requires ₹14,850 at the upper price. The more important funding distinction is that only the fresh-share component raises money for the business; the offer-for-sale portion goes to selling shareholders.
The official price-band advertisement puts the offer at up to about ₹667.53 crore at ₹330. That includes up to ₹150 crore of fresh shares and around ₹517.53 crore from existing-share sales. Treating the whole amount as new investment in wastewater infrastructure would therefore overstate what the company receives.

How much is one application?
One lot contains 45 shares. The minimum retail amount is 45 × ₹330 = ₹14,850 at the cap, or 45 × ₹313 = ₹14,085 at the floor. Non-institutional applications have different value thresholds; the one-lot retail calculation should not be described as their minimum.
What the company plans to fund
The RHP proposes ₹422.28 million for prepaying certain borrowings and ₹749.17 million for working capital. Dividing each by 10 converts those figures to ₹42.228 crore and ₹74.917 crore. Working capital finances day-to-day operating needs; it is not revenue or profit. The plans are not proof of completed spending.
SFC describes its business as wastewater treatment, wastewater recycling and reuse, and solid-waste treatment. Its price-band advertisement warns about technology dependence, exposure to government projects and customer concentration. The existence of an IPO does not remove these business risks or guarantee a listing gain.
What remains conditional
The RHP’s 30 October allotment and 3 November trading dates are indicative. An application is not an allotment, and a scheduled listing is not a completed listing. The final offer price and net proceeds should be checked against the later prospectus and official exchange notices.
