USCB Financial Holdings reported net income of $9.5 million and fully diluted earnings per share of $0.51 for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up from $8.9 million and $0.45 a year earlier. The holding company for U.S. Century Bank released the figures on 22 October.

The earnings improvement came with a mixed balance-sheet picture: the interest margin increased, while deposits declined slightly and the non-performing-loan ratio rose. Those qualifications matter alongside the higher profit.

Profit growth is not the same as lower credit risk

A non-performing-loan ratio measures problem loans against the relevant loan portfolio. The increase from 0.06% to 0.33% is 0.27 percentage points, or 27 basis points. It should not be described as a 0.27% relative increase. The higher level does not cancel the reported profit, but it is a separate risk indicator.

Net interest income is the interest earned after interest expense; the table’s amount is before the credit-loss provision. The issuer’s 14.2% growth calculation uses its underlying figures. Recalculating from the rounded $24.3 million and $21.3 million can produce a slightly different percentage, so this report labels that rate as the company’s figure.

A declared dividend, not an investment return forecast

The dividend applies to Class A common shares and has a future payment date at observation. The record date is not automatically the final trading day to buy for eligibility; this report does not infer an ex-dividend date, tax treatment or assured gain.
