Royal Enfield’s India page schedules the 125th Anniversary Edition Hypershift Classic 650 sale for October 28, 2026, at 7 p.m. IST. Registrations opened on October 16 at 2 p.m. IST. In India, both stages take place in the Royal Enfield app’s Drop Zone, not through the website.
Registration provides access to the sale; it is not a completed booking. The India FAQ says only the first 125 participants who pay the booking amount can secure a motorcycle. This distinction matters before treating an anniversary-edition registration as an allocation or a guaranteed delivery.

Check the financial commitment, not just the registration
The ₹20,000 is a booking payment rather than the motorcycle’s full price. Royal Enfield says the remaining amount is paid at the selected dealership. Registration, taxes and other applicable charges can add to an ex-showroom figure. This report does not provide a verified final Indian on-road quote or a finance repayment schedule.
The cancellation condition is material: the India FAQ says the booking amount is not refundable, and a cancelled booking cannot be reinstated. Before paying, check the final vehicle price, dealer details, balance-payment instructions and cancellation terms displayed for the transaction. A small initial payment should not be mistaken for a low total commitment.
Do not mix the India and overseas calendars
Royal Enfield’s October 16 UK media release has a different registration and delivery schedule and explicitly warns that country-specific timing and prices can vary. Its 25-unit UK allocation is therefore not evidence that India has only 25 motorcycles. Likewise, the India FAQ’s first-125 condition is not a worldwide inventory count.
The 60–120-day period is the company’s delivery window measured from booking, not an independently confirmed delivery for a particular buyer. Watch the app and selected dealer for final instructions. Registrations and limited supply do not establish completed sales, resale gains or an earnings benefit.
