Mahindra & Mahindra announced the XUV 3XO ZNG on October 15, 2026, with a starting ex-showroom price of ₹9.99 lakh. The CNG-and-petrol SUV has four announced variants. For buyers, the immediate distinction is between the launch announcement, the test-drive schedule and the later start of bookings and deliveries.
Four variants and their announced prices
| Variant | Ex-showroom price |
|---|---|
| MX EDGE | ₹9.99 lakh |
| REVX EDGE (O) | ₹10.79 lakh |
| AX5 | ₹11.19 lakh |
| REVX A | ₹12.27 lakh |
These are the company’s ex-showroom prices, not a final on-road quotation for a particular buyer. A higher-priced variant should be assessed against its own equipment list; the launch’s range-wide feature descriptions should not be assumed to apply identically to every version.
What starts on which date?
Mahindra says test drives commence on October 15. Bookings are scheduled to open on October 20 through authorised dealerships and online, with deliveries also scheduled to begin on October 20. The official product page separately states that ZNG bookings open from October 20. At the source-check time, that future schedule was not evidence of completed bookings, deliveries or a customer’s allocation.
Read the performance claims with their limits
The launch release specifies 82 kW of power and 200 Nm of torque in both CNG and petrol modes. Mahindra also states certified CNG efficiency of 24.7 km/kg. These are company-reported specifications and a company-stated certified efficiency figure, not CapKet’s independent road-test results or a guarantee of real-world fuel costs.
CapKet has not independently tested the vehicle, verified a separate crash-test result for this new CNG variant, or checked local dealer inventory and waiting periods. Before booking, obtain the variant-specific quotation and delivery terms. Related report: Toyota Glanza pricing, booking and delivery dates.
