What the order-book figure does — and does not — include
KPIL said it was favourably placed as L1 bidder on projects worth about ₹5,000 crore. L1 generally refers to the lowest bidder in a tender process; it is not the same as a secured order. The company said those projects were not included in the ₹71,846 crore order book.
The filing reports the company’s figures. It does not establish a reason for the revenue or profit changes, the timing of L1 awards, or future revenue from the order book.
