Infosys revised its FY27 revenue-growth outlook to 1%–2% in constant currency and declared an interim dividend of ₹26 per share in its 23 October 2026 board announcement. The useful distinction for readers is between the quarter already reported, management’s full-year forecast and the separate future dividend timetable.

Guidance describes the future

The 1%–2% revenue-growth range is management’s outlook for FY27. It is not the growth already achieved for the full year. The retained 20%–22% operating-margin range is also forward-looking. Q2’s reported operating margin was 21.0%.

Operating margin measures operating profit as a share of revenue. It is not net profit after all items and tax. This report does not mix a rupee standalone result with the consolidated IFRS-dollar revenue figure.

Dividend declaration is not cash received

The board fixed 3 November 2026 as the record date and 11 November as the payout date for the ₹26 interim dividend. A record date identifies the shareholder register used for the distribution; the payout date is a separate scheduled milestone.

The announcement does not prove the payment has already occurred. No dividend yield, tax outcome, ex-date or assured investment gain is calculated without the additional applicable evidence.
